By visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in New Zealand (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand); Make sure you include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, instructions and any comments concerning the return.
